Virus, spyware, and other malware removal. File backup is generally recommended. I’ll also attempt to locate the source of the vulnerability and “seal” it so chances of a repeat are minimized. Strategies for avoiding future infection can be discussed.
PC Repair
I’m often asked if it’s worth fixing an older computer. If your computer did everything you wanted while it was working, then the answer is yes. Virtually all PC and laptop hardware problems can be repaired, and the cost is generally much less than buying a new computer.

Software Related Service
Operating systems and other software installed, reinstalled, updated, or configured. Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8/8.1, 10. Linux and Mac OS X. I’m familiar with a wide range of programs and utilities. If you have questions about certain software I can help you find the answer.
Network Problems
Connectivity issues solved. Modem and router diagnostics, and other residential network solutions. Wi-Fi can seem evil sometimes; I can help tame it.
Upgrades or Builds
Installation of all Hardware upgrades and custom builds (Gaming or AV PC). Video cards, power supplies, fans, RAM, SSDs, etc. Before purchasing parts to speed up your PC, we’ll discuss the cost-to-benefit and make sure it’s the right thing to do.
